Initial Consultation

Strategy & Retainer
If we identify a viable pathway and you decide to work with us, we sign a formal Retainer Agreement. This legally binding document outlines the exact scope of our services and our transparent fee structure, fulfilling our obligations as licensed RCICs.
Document Gathering & Audit
We provide you with a customized document checklist. As you provide your documents, we rigorously audit them to ensure they meet the strict standards set by IRCC. If anything is insufficient, we explain how to correct it before submission.
Application Preparation & Submission
Our team drafts your application forms and prepares a detailed submission letter arguing your eligibility under the law. We review the final application with you before submitting it securely to the government.
Monitoring & Post-Submission
After submission, we act as your Authorized Representative. We monitor the status, respond to any requests for additional information (ADR) from IRCC, and keep you informed every step of the way until a final decision is rendered.
