1. No Consultant-Client Relationship

Accessing this website, submitting an eligibility form, or sending an inquiry through our contact systems does not establish a Consultant-Client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed once a formal Initial Consultation Agreement or Retainer Agreement is signed by both parties.

2. No Guarantee of Results

True North Visa Consulting cannot and does not guarantee the outcome of any application submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The final decision on any immigration matter rests entirely with the Canadian government officials processing the file.

3. Consultations & Fees

Paid consultations provide professional analysis based on the information you present. Fees paid for initial consultations correspond strictly to the time reserved and advice given during the session.
