1. Nature of Website & No Consultant-Client Relationship
The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute formal immigration advice. Accessing this website, browsing its content, submitting a preliminary eligibility form, or sending an inquiry through our contact or booking forms does not create or establish a Consultant-Client relationship. A formal professional relationship is established solely upon the execution of a written Initial Consultation Agreement or Retainer Agreement signed by both parties.
2. Absolute Disclaimer of Outcome Guarantees
True North Visa Consulting states unequivocally that we do not and cannot guarantee the outcome, processing speed, or approval of any visa, permit, permanent resident, or citizenship application submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), or any provincial nominee program office. The statutory authority to grant, refuse, or delay an application rests exclusively with authorized government officials. We commit strictly to competent, diligent, and honest representation based on Canadian immigration law.
3. Consultations, Retainers & Transparent Billing
Initial consultations provide preliminary assessment and strategic analysis based entirely on information and documents disclosed by the applicant. Fees paid for initial consultations correspond strictly to the reserved professional time and advisory session. Any subsequent casework or file representation requires a separately executed Retainer Agreement specifying the scope of services, mutual responsibilities, and fixed-fee payment schedules.
4. Client Obligations & Factual Accuracy
Clients and website users are solely responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate information regarding their identity, civil status, educational credentials, work experience, and past immigration history (including any prior visa refusals to any country). Providing false, misleading, or altered documentation constitutes misrepresentation under Section 40 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and will result in immediate termination of representation without refund.
5. Independent Private Business Notice
True North Visa Consulting is an independent private consulting practice led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R508729) based in Fort St. John, British Columbia, Canada. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agency of the Government of Canada, IRCC, ESDC, or CBSA.
* Statutory Notice: Authorized representation before IRCC is governed by Canadian law. True North Visa Consulting operates in compliance with CICC regulations under RCIC #R508729. We encourage all clients to verify any representative on the official public register of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
